People under the age of 18 must not use the Services. We do not knowingly collect or ask for Personal Data from anyone 13 years old or younger. We do not knowingly allow such persons to register on the Services. A parent or guardian of a minor child can request that we delete the Personal Data of the minor.
We are not a health care provider or insurance provider. The Services do not provide health care services of any type.

When you use the Services, you may be asked to opt-in to certain features. These features may include push notifications or geo-location services. If you opt-in to a feature, but then wish to opt-out, you may do so by updating the privacy settings on your mobile device.

The Services are hosted in the United States and must only be used by users in the United States or Puerto Rico. If you do not reside in the United States or Puerto Rico, you must not use the Services.
